Look, I’ve stayed at my fair share of Vegas hotels, and honestly? The Four Seasons sits in this weird sweet spot where you get all the Strip energy without actually losing your mind. It’s tucked into the top floors of Mandalay Bay – floors 35-39 to be exact – which means you’re technically on the Strip but you feel like you’re floating above all the chaos.
The whole setup is pretty genius, actually. You’ve got your own private entrance and lobby that feels more like a serene spa than a Vegas hotel, but when you want to dive into the madness, you just take the elevator down to Mandalay Bay’s casino floor. I mean, it’s the best of both worlds – you can stumble back from a night out and immediately escape to this quiet bubble. The rooms themselves are what you’d expect from Four Seasons (translation: really, really nice), but what surprised me was how well the soundproofing works. You know how most Strip hotels have that constant hum of slot machines and drunk people? Not here. It’s almost eerily quiet, which is either amazing or slightly unsettling depending on your Vegas mood.
What really sets this place apart though is the pool situation – and I say this as someone who’s done the research at way too many Vegas pools. The Four Seasons pool deck is adults-only, which automatically makes it about 500% more relaxing than anywhere else you’ll find. It’s never that crazy packed either, probably because most people don’t even know it exists up there. The views are solid too – you’re looking out over the Strip but from this elevated perspective that makes everything look less… well, less like a hot concrete nightmare. The spa gets a lot of attention, and yeah, it’s good, but honestly the real luxury here is just having a base where you can recharge between whatever Vegas throws at you. Plus, if you’re flying out of McCarran (sorry, Harry Reid International – still getting used to that), you’re literally five minutes away, which has saved my bacon more than once when dealing with those brutal Sunday checkout-to-flight sprints. The service hits that Four Seasons standard without feeling stuffy about it, and the staff actually seems to get that people want different things from their Vegas experience – sometimes you need restaurant recommendations, sometimes you just need them to hold your packages while you disappear for 12 hours.

On the strip, yet off the strip. Quiet luxury property, close to the action, but you can escape the crazy for a moment and it’s a breath of fresh air. The bar and restaurant are excellent, the service is perfect. The weekend brunch is not to be missed

The service was very friendly and warm. The rooms and hotel were modern and well maintained. There was free water and little snacks to brighten our day. The gym was really good. Very glad that it had an exclusive pampering feel to be staying at the Four Seasons vs the other hotels.
