The only thing that might bug some people is that it’s not a quick walk to anything – you’ll want a car to explore. But that’s also kind of the point; you’re here to slow down a bit. The 8.5 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place around, but everything works well and feels thoughtfully done. It’s the kind of place where you end up staying an extra day because leaving feels harder than it should.
