The rooms are genuinely comfortable with proper air conditioning (trust me, you’ll need it in the hot season), and there’s something really satisfying about coming back dusty and tired from a game drive to find your bed turned down and those big windows overlooking the forest. The restaurant – well, it’s not going to win any awards, but they do this dal that’s honestly perfect after a long day, and the chef seems to understand that safari folks want hearty food, not fancy presentation.
