What could be improved: Check in was confusing.

The location was great, the staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. Dinner was delicious in the restaurant. What could be improved: I did not get a chance to eat the breakfast because they serve it at 8:30 and I had to check out then. I recommend breakfast times begin earlier, like...

The restaurant was good. menu was interesting and the food was well prepared. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived in the middle of an antique car rally and couldn’t get into the hotel parking. when we called the hotel for instructions, Administration came right out to the road to direct us in. What could be improved: The room was large...

old house with some charming features
What could be improved: rooms small and underfurnished; a comfortable chair and reading lamp would have been useful
Paul from Canada (19 July 2022)
Dinner - food and drink was good - ate outside on a nice covered porch. Music was a nice low volume so you could hear it but still hold a conversation without talking loudly. Tables spaced well - not on top of other diners. Breakfast was also good - ate on the same porch. Located in centre of town so easy to walk around town. What could be...

Fantastic restaurant
What could be improved: Wonky heating system. Small room. Advertises as a B&B but doesn’t serve breakfast. Way overpriced.
Teena from Canada (25 September 2023)
Breakfast was good, we were visiting friends in Baden so it was only a 10 minutes drive to Puddicombe House. Very clean facilities, coffee maker in room, their was a wedding going on but you could not hear the wedding party. Very quite due to soundproof rooms.
What could be improved: No complaints, would stay their again.
