The soundproofing is surprisingly good, and the staff actually knows the area – they pointed me toward some local spots I never would’ve found otherwise. Parking’s dead easy, which honestly matters more than people think when you’re hauling luggage around after a long drive. The whole setup just works. You’re literally five minutes from the main Hastings action, but far enough out that you’re not dealing with weekend noise or crowds stumbling around at 2 AM. I stayed during apple harvest season (which gets pretty hectic around here), and even then it felt like a proper retreat at the end of the day.

For the price point, especially compared to some of the overhyped places closer to the coast, Cumberland Court delivers exactly what you want from a good motel stay. It’s the kind of place I’d actually book again, which says everything you need to know.
