Air conditioning is solid (crucial during those muggy pre-monsoon months), and the bathrooms are genuinely nice with good water pressure. The pool area is where this place really shines, honestly. It’s got this relaxed, almost resort-like feel where you can actually spend a whole afternoon without getting restless. The staff tries hard – really hard – and while the service can be a bit inconsistent (some days everything flows perfectly, other days you’re waiting twenty minutes for a towel), they’re genuinely friendly and eager to help. It’s not that anything is particularly wrong, it’s just that when you’re charging premium rates, people expect that extra polish.
