The location is pretty much perfect if you’re doing business in Las Condes or want to be near the good shopping. You’re literally walking distance from Parque Arauco mall (which, let’s be real, has everything you could possibly need), and the metro station at Escuela Militar is close enough that getting downtown is actually painless. What I really love though is how quiet it stays despite being on a main avenue – I mean, Apoquindo can get crazy with traffic, but somehow the rooms are insulated enough that you’re not hearing horns all night. The staff really knows their stuff too, and I’ve noticed they remember your preferences after a day or two, which is rare these days.

Here’s what actually makes this place worth the money: the rooms are genuinely spacious by Santiago standards, and everything just works properly. You know how hotel showers can be hit or miss? Well, this one’s definitely a hit – great water pressure, gets hot immediately, the kind of setup that makes you want to stay in there way too long. The beds are that perfect firm-but-comfortable sweet spot, and honestly, I’ve had some of my best hotel sleep here. Plus the views from the upper floors toward the mountains are pretty spectacular on clear days, especially in winter when the snow caps are visible. Check-in is smooth, parking is handled efficiently (which matters more than you’d think in this part of Santiago), and the breakfast spread is solid without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of place where small details are handled well – like, they actually have enough outlets near the bed, and the WiFi doesn’t randomly cut out during video calls. For what you pay, you’re getting reliability and comfort without any of those weird quirks that expensive hotels sometimes have.
