Parking is straightforward – they’ve got covered spots which you’ll appreciate during monsoon months. Staff genuinely seem to enjoy working there, which always tells you something about a place. The restaurant does solid regional cuisine, though honestly, you’re so close to Mahabaleshwar’s famous strawberry farms and local eateries that I’d recommend exploring a bit. One small thing – if you’re planning to visit during peak season (December-January or during strawberry season), book way ahead because this place fills up with weekenders from Mumbai and Pune who’ve discovered it’s actually worth the drive up those winding roads. The 8.6 rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be the flashiest resort in Maharashtra, but it nails what actually matters: genuine hospitality, a location that makes you want to just sit on your balcony with chai and watch the valley, and that rare quality of feeling like a retreat without being pretentious about it.
