What really sold me on the place was how they’ve managed to capture that authentic Morjim feel without sacrificing comfort. And here’s something most people don’t mention: the acoustics are surprisingly good. You’re not hearing every conversation from the neighboring rooms or getting woken up by doors slamming in the hallway at 6 AM. The 7.8 rating actually makes sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place on the coast, but it delivers consistently on the things that matter. The beach access is direct and uncomplicated, none of that walking-through-three-other-properties nonsense. Plus, if you need to grab supplies or want authentic local food, the Tembwada area has some hidden gems that most tourists never discover. Parking is straightforward too, which anyone who’s driven around Morjim during season will appreciate. It’s one of those places that gets better the longer you stay, honestly – the kind of spot where you start planning your return visit before you’ve even checked out.
