I love how nice and cosy the hotel was.
The staff were also very kind throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed the onsen.

What could be improved: The toilet bidet was making the toilet seat wet all the time..

The hotel was very beautiful (very old school style) but we knew that when booking so we were not surprised. Beautiful onsen to sit and relax in and well at rotenburo (outside bath)and dinner was just fantastic. The beds were also very comfortable and in the morning we saw a deer outside our window. Breakfast was very good - there was lots of range...

The hotel was very beautiful (very old school style) but we knew that when booking so we were not surprised. Beautiful onsen to sit and relax in and well at rotenburo (outside bath)and dinner was just fantastic.
The beds were also very comfortable and in the morning we saw a deer outside our window.
Breakfast was very good - there was lots of range of foods to eat and everything looked very fresh

What could be improved: Breakfast was very good - there was lots of range and everything looked very fresh except the scrambled eggs (very runny and looked like powdered eggs.

Onsen is good, but its opening time is not enough at night.

What could be improved: It is more proper if the closing time is at 11:00pm.
