Honestly, for a 4-star rating, MASCOS delivers exactly what you’d hope for. It’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it does the essentials really well: comfortable rooms, excellent onsen facilities, and that genuine Japanese hospitality that makes you feel welcome rather than just processed.
