Okinawa Prince Hotel Ocean View Ginowan

Hotel is brand new with nice facilities, very friendly staff and near a beach. Both indoor and outdoor pools were good with variety of saunas. The communal bath was also exceptional, although a bit small. There is a supermarket nearby with some restaurants as well.

What could be improved: A bit far from main attractions, outdoor pool was not heated so it was a bit too cold to enjoy in late October

Bell staff very alert and prompt to attend upon our arrival at the door, always greet guest and looks welcoming. Staff stationed at the new year drink that serve awamori, friendly and explain about awamori drink for new year.

Sliding door is spoilt upon check in, they offer to change our room but we decide to stay in the same room as lazy to pack, unpack luggage.
Temperature(aircon and heating) is easy to control and accurate. Balcony is big and good size for lounging around and chill

Rental bicycle parking just outside lobby, which is very convenient to cycle around for fun.
Beach is as shown in picture with red arrow. Looks near but walking takes some effort

Hotel was good, clean, very comfortable, and our room has a great view of the marina.

What could be improved: Communication was a slight problem, as a number of staff were unable to speak much English. However, they more than made up for it by being courteous, friendly, helpful, and very efficient.

I absolutely loved the lounge bars! The cocktails were fantastic, and the food was just as amazing. I really appreciated how, even though everything was unlimited, they never compromised on quality. The infinity pool was stunning in the evening, and sipping cocktails outside made it feel even more heavenly. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations—it was so good that I couldn’t resist indulging, even if it meant breaking my calorie goals for the day!

A big shoutout to the concierge team as well! They were incredibly helpful and made my (somewhat unplanned) trip around Okinawa so much more enjoyable. They were super attentive, always understanding what I needed, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience. I truly appreciated their warm and thoughtful hosting—it made my stay extra special!

What could be improved: I was a little disappointed with the room cleaning service. While the room was overall nicely cleaned, I did notice a few things that could be improved. The hair dryer was dusty, and when I turned it on, the dust blew into my face, which wasn’t pleasant. Also, the towels seemed to have a bit of dust on them, which made me sneeze.

Another thing I noticed was that items not in (or near) the trash can sometimes got removed. For example, the travel-sized shampoo I was still using was thrown away. I also couldn’t find my shoe dust bag after the cleaning, and sadly, I had to check out before I could locate it.

Additionally, the sound of airplanes could be heard even past 10pm, which made it a bit noisy at night.

What could be improved: Breakfast is not good enough, and too many people together will cause a very crowded condition.
The location is ok, but a little bit far away from many tourist attractions, and the public transportation is not very convenient

Staff was extremely friendly (and spoke English!!), lounge provided everything you need (except lunch could be more then sandwich slices), Spa area was extremely nice esp sauna and Onsen

Room was very spacious, with separate toilette + shower, very clean

View from rooftop pool is incredible

What could be improved: could have full beds instead of just chairs in the Spa so, so one would stay there longer/the whole day (when it’s raining)
