The kitchen is properly equipped too – I mean, you can actually cook real meals, which is huge when you’re staying for more than a couple nights and don’t want to eat out every single time. What really got me though was how quiet it stays, even during peak summer season when Pucón gets absolutely packed with Santiago folks escaping the city. The building’s got good bones, you know? Thick walls, decent soundproofing. I was worried about street noise since Camino Pucón Villarrica can get busy with people heading to the hot springs, but honestly it wasn’t an issue at all.

You know what surprised me most? The little details that someone clearly thought through. Like, there’s actually enough hot water for everyone to shower (revolutionary concept, I know), and the WiFi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like half the places around here. The building’s got covered parking too, which might not sound exciting until you’re dealing with Pucón’s unpredictable weather – one minute it’s sunny, next minute you’re getting dumped on. Plus you’re positioned perfectly for day trips. Termas Geométricas is about 45 minutes away, the Ojos del Caburgua waterfalls are super close, and if you’re into the whole volcano hiking thing, you’re basically at the starting point. I actually ran into the owner during check-in and they knew their stuff about the area – gave me this insider tip about hitting Playa Grande early morning before the crowds show up, which turned out to be golden advice. Look, with a 9.8 rating, this place obviously has its act together, and after staying here I totally get why. It’s one of those spots where you end up extending your stay because you just don’t want to leave.
