HOTEL OVERVIEW

You know what surprised me most about Reva Resorts? It’s actually tucked away in these sprawling farmlands in K J Puram – I mean, you’re literally driving through Bheemaneni Farms to get there, which honestly feels like you’re heading to someone’s private estate rather than a resort. The whole area around Palasamudram is still pretty rural, so when you pull up to this polished 5-star property, it’s almost jarring in the best way possible. The contrast between the rustic farm roads and then suddenly – boom – manicured grounds and upscale architecture.

What really works here is that they’ve leaned into the whole “holiday homes” concept rather than trying to be another cookie-cutter hotel. The accommodations feel more like you’re staying in a well-appointed private residence, which I actually prefer when I’m trying to unwind. The staff genuinely seems to know guests by name after day one, and check-in was refreshingly quick – none of that standing around the lobby for twenty minutes nonsense. I’ll be honest though, the 7.8 rating makes sense because while everything’s well-maintained and the service is solid, it’s not quite hitting those ultra-luxury touches you’d expect from some 5-star places. But honestly? Sometimes that works in a property’s favor because it feels less stuffy and more… livable, I guess.

The location is actually perfect if you’re looking to escape the chaos of the main Chittoor district – you’re far enough out to feel like you’re in the countryside (because you are), but it’s not like you’re completely cut off from civilization. The mornings are incredibly peaceful here; you wake up to actual farm sounds rather than traffic, which was exactly what I needed. Parking is never an issue since there’s plenty of space, and the grounds are spacious enough that even when they’re busy, it doesn’t feel crowded. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re someone who appreciates a more intimate, residential-style experience over the typical resort scene. Just keep in mind you’ll want a car to get around the area – this isn’t a walk-to-everything kind of location, but that’s sort of the point.

The resort was beautifully architectural, swimming pool was amazing and the spot of the resort was also travel sustainable

breakfast was good and had variety of options. It was specially catered to our taste buds as we were a group with people from different age group. the food in charge Sumitra did a great job by quickly understanding our taste and getting the food done as we asked for.
The pool was nice and clean and the overall property was a nice stay.
