Tres Continentes

Cabin was very comfortable, lots of room, comfortable beds, well furnished, kitchen quite complete, strong reliable WiFi, great river view from deck. A few small issues were dealt with quickly by staff. Pools were clean. grandkids liked the games room and trampoline.

Beautifully crafted little lodge in the middle of a forest wilderness. The sound of the river nearby adds to the tranquility of the place.

Perfect location for many activities around the region.
The children loved the pool and games room, we would definitely return!

What could be improved: There could have been a few more utensils in the kitchen, as we chose to cook most evenings.

The location was great! We drove into the mountains and enjoyed a hot spring. Great little shops and food everywhere. The cabin had wifi, and the beds were comfortable.

What could be improved: It was great, but maybe a couple of updates are needed for smaller children. We had to keep our littlest away from the stairs and bunk bed ladder. It would be nice if the ladder came off.

We’ve absolutely loved it. The architecture of the house is beautiful, very artistic.

What could be improved: There were a few things that would help to equip the house slightly better, like having clothes hunger, a better shower ! We did not enjoy the showers.

We were lucky to have the place for our own, so we used the pool and the guy in reception was always pending for us. The cottage is clean and the place has a nice atmosphere

What could be improved: well unfortunately we had no hot water in the shower and the seats of the table to eat are not really confortable for a nice dinner.

The cabin design is very neat. I found it very clean too and good location

What could be improved: The host/hosts do not speak English so making it hard to explain the bill payment as their credit card machine wasn’t working. We tried again at end of trip with 4 different cards. They told us it was our cards. They worked all over chile. I asked the other guests and they had same issue. They used the card on booking.com and overcharged us for 3 hours of late checkout that we had only asked for the cost per hour. Wasted so much time to get this sorted since we tried on 2 attempts. The initial host Wendy was very nice. On our second attempt to pay and checkout, the new host said ok for 1300 , late checkout. Normally at noon. no problem. All 3 of us understood this. But then she changed her mind and said 12. She Would not even consider allowing us to stay the extra hour as a customer courtesy for the days ,hours wasted trying to pay with our cards. Also they were never around. The cleaner is very nice. Wifi didn’t work for a day either. The cabins were very cute. Steep stairs to bedroom though. Good location. Clean.
