The lobby’s all clean lines and marble, sure, but what I appreciated was how the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood. When I asked about getting to Providencia without dealing with Santiago’s notorious traffic, the concierge didn’t just point me toward a taxi – he walked me through the metro connections and mentioned which exits to use. That’s the kind of local insight you don’t get everywhere. The rooms themselves are spacious by Santiago standards (and trust me, that matters here), with floor-to-ceiling windows that give you proper views of the Andes on clear days.
