The sound of the ocean actually drowns out most of the street noise, and by 10 PM things settle down pretty well anyway – this isn’t Viña del Mar with all the late-night chaos. The apartment itself is spotless and well-thought-out, with a kitchen that’s actually functional (not just decorative like some places) and a living area where you can spread out your maps and wine bottles without feeling cramped. The Wi-Fi is solid too, which matters if you’re trying to upload all those sunset photos to Instagram. Parking can be a bit tricky during high season – there’s street parking but it fills up fast when the Santiago crowd descends on weekends. Check-in was smooth though, and the host clearly knows the area well since they gave me the inside scoop on which seafood spots down by the port are worth the walk.

You know what really sells this place? It’s the combination of being close enough to everything that matters in Concón – the dunes are maybe a 15-minute walk, the restaurant strip along the coast is right there – but far enough up the hill that you feel like you have your own little retreat. The 9.5 rating makes sense when you factor in that view, the cleanliness, and honestly just the general vibe of the place. It’s not fancy in a stuffy way, but everything works and feels thoughtfully put together. If you’re coming to Concón to actually relax and maybe cook a meal or two with ingredients from the local markets (instead of eating out every night), this is probably your spot. Just book early during summer months because word’s definitely gotten out about this one.
