The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast buffet, the tiered pools, and the complimentary recreational activities. All in all it was truly a wonderful stay and when we left we kept thinking about how much we missed being there!

Access to the beach and beach accessories were very helpful. The resort fee does include a lot of actual amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs, experiences). Location to a nearby shopping center was great and provided additional non-beach activities, and the courtesy vehicle made it accessible. Staff of all departments were great.

The smells at this property just put you on island time immediately. We had a wonderful time at the luau. We decided to do it the day we arrived because we were already so comfortable! There was direct access to the beach, the food was amazing, and the staff was so helpful! We had all these plans to explore, but we were so comfortable at the resort that we didn't do quite as much as we had planned. We actually had a red-eye to catch on the last day, and we could only get a 12:00 PM Check out. The staff offered to keep our luggage for us, let us hang out at the resort, and let us know about the shower room on site so that we could have a shower before our flight. I would stay here every time!
