The onsen (hot spring bath) gets pretty crowded on weekends, especially during cherry blossom season when everyone and their cousin seems to descend on this part of the coast. But honestly, even with crowds, soaking in those outdoor baths while looking out at the Pacific – I mean, that’s the kind of thing you remember years later.
