The valet was terrible, watched one of the employees retrieving our vehicle almost crash it into another vehicle. Our bathrooms were dirty and one of the bedrooms had dirty pillows on the bed. The windows were filthy so we could enjoy the beautiful view through the windows since the balcony door was also unable to be opened. The resort staff did...
