HOTEL OVERVIEW
You know what caught me off guard about Palm Beach Singer Island Resort & Spa? It’s actually tucked away on Singer Island – which, honestly, most people drive right past on their way to the more famous Palm Beach spots. But that’s kind of the point. This place sits right on North Ocean Drive where the crowds thin out, and you get this massive stretch of beach that feels way more private than anything you’ll find further south.
The suites here are legitimately spacious – I mean, we’re talking full kitchens and separate living areas, not those tiny hotel kitchenettes with a mini-fridge. The oceanfront ones are worth the splurge because the balconies face due east, so you get those spectacular sunrise views over the Atlantic. Fair warning though: the building itself shows its age in spots (the hallway carpets have seen better days), which probably explains why the rating sits at 7.7 despite the five-star designation. But honestly? Once you’re in your suite with that ocean breeze coming through, you sort of forget about the worn edges.
What I really appreciated was how the staff actually knows the area – they pointed us toward Peanut Island for snorkeling instead of the usual tourist traps, and suggested hitting up the Blue Heron Bridge at high tide for some incredible marine life watching. The spa is solid, nothing revolutionary but they do this great hot stone massage that’s perfect after a day in the Florida sun. The pool area can get pretty busy during snowbird season (December through March), but there’s enough space that it never feels cramped. Parking is included, which is a blessing because metered spots along A1A will drain your wallet fast. The beach access is direct – no long walks or shuttle rides – and the sand here is that soft, white stuff that doesn’t stick to your feet like concrete. Location-wise, you’re about fifteen minutes from the shops at CityPlace if you need that urban fix, but close enough to Jupiter Inlet for some fantastic fishing charters. It’s one of those places where you can actually relax without constantly planning your next move.

The valet was terrible, watched one of the employees retrieving our vehicle almost crash it into another vehicle. Our bathrooms were dirty and one of the bedrooms had dirty pillows on the bed. The windows were filthy so we could enjoy the beautiful view through the windows since the balcony door was also unable to be opened. The resort staff did...
