The drive from the airport is maybe 20 minutes on a good day, though let’s be real – with Bangalore traffic, you might want to budget for double that during peak hours. I actually found the whole Allasandra area pretty interesting because it’s sort of caught between old Bangalore and all the new development pushing north.

The property itself is gorgeous, with these lush gardens and a pool area that feels properly resort-like. You’re away from the main road noise, and even when there are conventions happening, they’ve designed the layout so the hotel rooms feel separate from all that business. The parking situation is actually great – plenty of space and well-lit, which matters more than people think. I stayed there during wedding season and watched this beautiful outdoor ceremony happen in their gardens, which honestly made me realize why people book this place for events. There’s something about having all that green space that just works.
