It feels like you’re heading away from civilization, but then suddenly there’s this surprisingly decent resort tucked away from all the Delhi chaos.

The thing about this place is that it knows exactly what it is – a solid 3-star spot that doesn’t try to pretend it’s the Oberoi. The grounds are actually pretty spacious, which is rare for anything in the NCR region, and there’s this genuine quiet once you get past the front gate. I mean, you can still hear the occasional truck rumbling by on the main road, but it’s nothing like staying in Connaught Place or Karol Bagh where the horns never stop. The rooms are clean and functional – not Instagram-worthy, but you know what? The AC works reliably (crucial during those 45-degree summers), and the beds are comfortable enough that I actually slept well. The bathroom situation is decent, though the water pressure can be a bit temperamental in the mornings when everyone’s getting ready.

What really works here is the staff – they’re genuinely helpful without being overly formal about it. The guy at the front desk remembered my name after the first day, which doesn’t sound like much but makes a difference when you’re dealing with the usual Delhi hotel experience. The restaurant serves proper North Indian food that’s actually spiced correctly (not dumbed down for tourists), and their dal makhani is honestly better than some places charging three times as much in the city center. Parking is never an issue, which if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Delhi proper, you’ll appreciate. People book expecting luxury resort vibes at budget prices, then get disappointed when it’s just… a good, honest hotel. If you’re looking for a place to crash that’s clean, quiet-ish, and won’t destroy your budget while you explore Delhi, it actually works really well. Plus, being out in Jindpur means you’re close to some excellent local dhabas that most tourists never find – there’s this place about ten minutes away that does incredible paranthas for breakfast. Just don’t expect room service to be lightning fast, and maybe pack some snacks if you’re the type who gets hungry late at night.
